Raw Food Diet Basics

A raw food diet is not just to lose weight naturally, but it is also a healthier way of eating, and it aids with your digestive tract. The raw food diet is not just a new fad, many cultures before ours ate their food raw because it was healthier.

 

When you eat vegetables and fruits raw, you absorb their nutrients better. Cooking them lessens their nutritional quality. Also, many people cook in butter or oil which adds saturated and hydrogenated fats to their diets,which aren't healthy.

Nowadays, many people switch to a raw food diet just to lose weight more naturally, but they lose weight just because they get healthier. The raw food diet is because food purists understand we should eat food in its most original state, the way God made it. The raw food diet let you to eat all the raw food you want, so people can diet with raw food and never feel hungry. They can still stuff themselves, and lose weight.

Genesis 1:29 tells man "Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed which is upon the face of the earth and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food."
