Whether you believe or not that Jesus Christ, John the Baptist, Moses, Daniel, Buddha, Lao Tsu and other prophets and teachers taught fasting and raw foods, you will find that you feel a lot better when you eat raw food, and many illnesses disappear when you eat a lot of it.
